These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Golden Housekeeper LTD, Company Number: 16502368, with registered office at 460 Abbey Road, Basingstoke, RG24 9EN, United Kingdom.

Please read these Terms carefully. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We will provide general cleaning services as agreed (see personalised checklist). We are flexible and aim to keep your property clean and tidy. However, if extra tasks are requested or there are more duties than usual, we may need to adjust the regular checklist unless additional hours are contracted.

2. Payment Terms

Payment can be made by bank transfer or another method previously agreed. We kindly ask that payments be made on the same day as the service, to help avoid any confusion or oversights. It also helps us cover our weekly staff costs and other running expenses. Thank you for your understanding!

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if a service needs to be cancelled or changed.

If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.

We may occasionally need to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen situations. In these cases, we’ll notify you as early as possible.

4. Property Access

Please ensure we can access the property on the scheduled day. If we’re unable to enter, we may charge a missed visit fee to cover lost time.

5. Liability & Damages

We treat every property with care and professionalism. If something is accidentally damaged, we’ll notify you immediately and resolve it fairly. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and never share your personal information or the details of your property. We handle any items carefully and only move things when necessary for cleaning.

7. Photos for Marketing

Sometimes we may take "before" and "after" pictures of cleaned areas (always avoiding any personal or identifying information). These may be used on our website or social media. If you prefer we don’t, just let us know in writing.

8. Conduct of Team Members

We kindly request that clients do not offer private work or hire any of our team members independently. Our team is trained, trusted, and essential to the Golden Housekeeper service. Thank you for supporting our structure and respecting our team policy.

9. Ending the Agreement

Either party may end this agreement with 15 days’ written notice. All outstanding payments should be cleared before the final service.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved within the UK legal system. However, we are always committed to resolving issues in a friendly and fair manner first.
